By purchasing or using CrazyBid, you agree to these terms and the published leaderboard rules.
Service
CrazyBid provides time-sensitive digital placement and click tracking on an evolving public leaderboard. Rankings are not guaranteed for any duration because other users may bid.
Your responsibility
You confirm that you are authorized to promote the submitted destination and that it is lawful, safe, and not misleading. You must not use the service for malware, impersonation, harassment, regulated wrongdoing, or rights infringement.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown before Stripe Checkout. Because placement begins after verified payment and can be immediately consumed, completed purchases are generally final except where required by law or where CrazyBid fails to deliver the purchased placement.
Moderation
CrazyBid may reject or hide destinations that violate these terms or create safety, legal, or reputational risk. Fraudulent payments, disputes, or refunds may result in removal and rank adjustment.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available without guaranteed traffic, clicks, sales, uptime, or business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid to CrazyBid during the prior three months.
