Plain-English mechanics
Simple rules. Sharp elbows.
The amount shown is the listing’s cumulative verified contribution. Raising an existing listing costs only the difference.
1. Bid in whole dollars
The minimum listing total is $5 and the maximum is $999,999. To take the #1 position, your new total must be at least $5 above the current leader. The current leader may raise itself in $1 steps.
2. Verified payment moves the board
Creating a Checkout Session does not change rank. Only a successful payment confirmed by a signature-verified Stripe webhook is counted.
3. Older wins ties
If listings have the same total, the listing that first reached the board appears first. The 24-hour view ranks only verified dollars paid during the trailing 24 hours. Each payment also adds to the all-time total; taking today’s #1 requires at least $5 more than the largest trailing-24-hour spend.
4. Spotlight takeover
The spotlight costs twice the current #1 total and runs for three hours. Only one is bookable at a time. Its price is added to that listing’s cumulative total.
5. Public, safe destinations only
Private-network, local, credentialed, non-web, messaging, invite, malicious, illegal, or deceptive destinations are not allowed. CrazyBid may hide a listing to protect visitors without refunding consumed placement time.
6. Promotions are labeled
Founding credits are not customer purchases. They are labeled on the board and omitted from verified purchase and volume statistics.
